The Air Force is seeking interested parties to finance, construct, renovate and manage various development projects at Air Force bases across the country. This forum is for industry professionals to provide input to the Air Force to help shape the future of the Air Force?s Enhanced Use Lease program. The EUL Industry Forum will explore potential business opportunities, provide opportunities for industry input, provide opportunities to schedule one-on-one breakout sessions with Air Force representatives and will include an evening networking reception. Enhanced Use Lease is an opportunity for the Air Force to capitalize on underused assets, including real property, by leasing them to private entities. Enhanced Use Lease is an innovative business practice the Air Force is exploring to create value for business, communities and the Air Force warfighter. Enhanced Use Lease benefits the Air Force by generating cash or in-kind proceeds that can be used to restore and modernize installation infrastructure. In-kind consideration can be used toward construction of new facilities, maintenance and improvement of current facilities, addressing natural resource needs, and payment of base operating support. The Air Force has already identified some underused assets on Air Force installations across the country with limitless potential. These assets can bring numerous opportunities for: office space, flight line and hangar facilities, warehouses and industrial buildings, laboratories and research and development facilities, energy co-generation plants, hotels and temporary lodging, conference centers, hospitals and medical facilities, airspace rights and more!
