NOTICE OF INTENT TO AWARD SOLE SOURCE: The Special Operations Forces Activity intends to award a sole source purchase order to the Commonwealth of Kentucky; for interior office renovation and dock installation on State owned and leased facilities. Under the authority of FAR 13.106-1(b)(1), the Contracting Officer has determined circumstances with State leasing is binding on the U.S. Government, deem only the Commonwealth of Kentucky the source to satisfy this requirement. THIS IS NOT A SOLICITATION REQUESTING QUOTATIONS. NO SOLICITATION DOCUMENT IS AVAILABLE. A determination by the Government not to compete this requirement based on responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the government.
