W--Cost-Per-Copy Copier Lease for 6 Months Only From 4-1-2012 through 9-30-2012

The Department of Veterans Affairs, Tennessee Valley Healthcare System Notice of Intent to Sole Source: The Veterans Affairs Medical Center (VAMC) Memphis, TN 1030 Jefferson Avenue, Memphis, TN 38104-2127 intends to negotiate a sole source contract with NOVACOPY, Inc. of Memphis, TN through Konica Minolta's GSA Contract GS-25F-0030M for the cost-per-copy lease of 86 copiers with a fulltime technician (8 hours per day 5 days per week - Monday through Friday) for 6 months from 04-01-2012 through 09-30-2012 for VAMC Memphis, TN. NAICS Code 532420. This is a sole source procurement utilizing Other than Full and Open Competition (FAR 6.302). This notice of intent is NOT a request for competitive quotes, however; any firm that believes it can provide the services may give written notice of qualifications/capabilities to the Contract Specialist, no later than 4:00 P.M. EST, March 22, 2012. Responses received will be evaluated; however a determination by the government to compete the proposed procurement based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the government. If no responses are received, VA will proceed with the sole source negotiation to NOVACOPY, Inc. for the cost-per-copy service for the 6 month period (04/01/2012 through 09/30/2012).
