The U. S. Army Contracting Agency, Directorate of Contracting, Aberdeen Proving Ground, MD intends to negotiate solely (as prescribed in FAR 6.302-1) with TELOPS INC, 2600 Rue Saint-Jean-Baptiste Suite 100, Quebec, Canada. This contract will be for the rental of the Field-portable Imaging Radiometric Spectrometer Technology (FIRST) sensor and its supporting equipment for a two week period. TELOPS INC are the only vendor in North America to have this hyperspectral Sensor that is offered for rent. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) for this requirement is 532490 and the size standard is $6.5 million.
