R-- VA Technology Transfer Program Litigation Services for Patent Portfolios

Intent to Sole Source The VA Office of Research and Development, Technology Transfer Program intends to negotiate on a sole source basis with Dykema Gossett P, LLC pursuant to FAR 6.302-3; for continuation of legal litigation services for prosecution of previous and on-going patent applications. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals, however; any responsible source who believes it is capable of meeting the requirement may submit a capability statement to the contracting office no later than Wednesday, September 26, 2012, (3:00PM, EST). A determination not to compete the proposed requirement based upon the responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
