R -- A76 DOL, Office of Administrative Law Judges, Other Legal Support Services (OLSS) - Performance Decision

In accordance with the provision of Office of Management and Budget Circular A-76 (Revised May 29, 2003), this public announcement provides official notice that the Office of Administrative Law Judges within the U.S. Department of Labor completed a streamlined competition [with Most Efficient Organization (MEO) study] of the Other Legal Support Services functional area for functions performed by legal, paralegal, and support personnel in the National Office and Regional Field Offices. This study was announced on 30 Dec 2005. On 09 May 2006 the streamlined competition form (SCLF) was certified by the Agency Tender Official, the Agency Certifying Official, and the Contracting Officer. As a result of this study, the performance decision was to retain in-house performance and thereby implement the MEO.
