In accordance with the procedures specified in OMB Circular A-76 (revised May 29, 2003), the U.S. Department of Labor has conducted a streamlined competition with MEO for functions performed by Legal Support Services, DOL Adjudicatory Boards and Office of Administrative Law Judges: Docket Functions. This study was announced on 18 Oct 2005. On 08 Dec 2005 the streamlined competition form (SCLF) was certified by the Agency Tender Official, the Agency Witnessing Official, and the Contracting Officer. As a result of this study, it has been determined that these job functions will remain in-house, performed by the Government’s Most Efficient Organization.
