RECOVERY - This Notice Is Provided For Informational Purposes Only. This opportunity is available to the contractors under the existing Architect and Engineering Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity Contracts for Region 5. This is not a notice for solicitation or offers. The purpose of this acquisition is to acquire an architecture and engineering firm for Construction Management & Inspection Services at the E. Ross Adair Federal Building & U.S. Courthouse located in Ft. Wayne, Indiana. The project is focused on upgrading the buildings Energy Management System as well as the buildings lighting systems. The professional services shall also consist of, but not be limited to the following: attendance at the pre‑construction conference, maintain a Bi-Weekly log of all inspections performed including all relevant progress, status, problem, and other site information and maintain as‑built drawings that will record all changes to, deviations from, and additions to the original construction contract documents.
