Notice of Intent - Sole Source

Notice of Intent: The Army Contracting Command-Aberdeen Proving Ground, Huachuca Division (ACC-APG, Huachuca Division) intends to issue a sole source award to Mantech Advanced Systems International, Inc., 14119-A Sullyfield Circle, Chantilly, VA 20161-1626, to provide non-personal engineering, technical, and scientific services to support test planning, test conduct, and test reporting for the This action is being processed in accordance with FAR 6.302-1, only one responsible source, and solicited in accordance with FAR Part 15, Contracting by Negotiation, as the Government believes that there is only one responsible source and no other supply or service will satisfy the agency's requirement. The resultant award will contain a period of performance from 01 April 2016 through 31 July 2016, with an option to extend up to 6 months (if needed). A justification for sole source has been prepared in support of this acquisition and market research has revealed that the Contractor is the only responsible source that can provide the Government's minimum requirement. ACC-APG, Huachuca Division intends to procure the requested service to fulfill the mission and need of the EPG C5ISR at Fort Huachuca, Arizona. The North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code is 541330 for this acquisition.
