THIS ACQUISITION IS FOR ADDITIONAL ENGINEERING AND DESIGN DURING CONSTRUCTION OF ROAD PAVING AND DRAINAGE IMPROVEMENTS AT LAOLAO BAY ROAD AND GAPGAP ROAD DESIGN, SAIPAN, COMMONWEALTH OF THE NORTHERN MARIANA ISLANDS(CNMI), AND IS AVAILABLE ONLY TO BLACK AND VEATCH SPECIAL PROJECTS CORP., 6601 COLLEGE BLVD., OVERLAND PARK, KANSAS, AN OTHER THAN SMALL BUSINESS ENTITY. Recovery- The U. S. Department of Commerce, National Oceanic Atmospheric Administration (NOAA), posts this notice of intent to issue a modification to task order T0008 (previously competed) under current NOAA multiple award Indefinite Delivery, Indefinite Quantity for Architect- Engineering Services to Black and Veatch under contract WC1330-08-CQ-0014. The estimated value of this modification is $40,000.00. This action is for additional new work for the oversight on the construction of road paving and drainage improvements at Laolao Bay Road and design for improvements of Gapgap Road, Saipan, CNMI. This acquisition will result in a firm fixed price modification to the subject task order. This notice is for full disclosure compliance. No competitive solicitation package is available, and no proposals will be accepted from any source other than Black And Veatch Special Projects Corp., 6601 College Blvd., Overland Park, Kansas.
