RECOVERY IN COMPLIANCE WITH THE TRANSPARENCY AND ACCOUNTABILITY REQUIREMENT ASSOCIATED WITH THE SUPPLEMENTAL APPROPRIATIONS PROVIDED BY THE AMERICAN RECOEVERY AND RE-INVESTMENT ACT OF 2009 THIS NOTICE IS PROVIDED FOR INFORMATION PURPOSES ONLY. This proposed action will be a Task Order issued against an existing Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) Contract for Architect-Engineer Services to acquire professional engineering services to provide Construction Support Services/Field Support Services during the Construction of the Neah Bay Breakwater, Neah Bay Washington. A modification has been made to the base contract to incorporate contract clauses required for projects involving Recovery Act funds. The Task Order will be issued to Edberg Christensen Heidenreich, 1415 Western Ave., Suite 418 Seattle, WA. Edberg Christensen Heidenreich provided engineering support in the development of the requirements documents. The task will be a fixed price using negotiated rates in the base contract.
