RECOVERY IN COMPLIANCE WITH THE TRANSPARENCY AND ACCOUNTABILITY REQUIREMENT ASSOCIATED WITH THE SUPPLEMENTAL APPROPRIATIONS PROVIDED BY THE AMERICAN RECOEVERY AND RE-INVESTMENT ACT OF 2009 THIS NOTICE IS PROVIDED FOR INFORMATION PURPOSES ONLY. This proposed action will be a Task Order issued against an existing Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) Contract for Inspection Services to acquire services in the form of Construction Inspection during the construction of the Station Neah Bay Covered Mooring Project. A modification has been made to the base contract to incorporate contract clauses required for projects involving Recovery Act funds. The Task Order will be issued to Bratslavsky Consulting Engineers Incorporated, 500 W 27th , Suite A, Anchorage, AK. The task will be a fixed price using negotiated rates in the base contract.
