The following has been determined as minimum requirements needed: Perform Plant Survival Monitoring, any Seeding and Invasive and Exotic Species Mapping for the Stream Restoration Site , and any Wetlands Delineation of the Stream Restoration Site. The MICC intends to award as sole source to Accura Engineering and Consulting, for the timeframe of (Estimated) 1 August 2013 - 31 July 2014.
