This office intends to issue a Request for Quote for QuickBird multispectral satellite imagery for remote sensing of endangered species habitat along the Missouri River to Digitalglobe, Inc. in support of the US Army Corps of Engineers (USACE) and it s customers in the mutual goal of management, protection and recovery of the threatened and endangered species along the Missouri River. Digitalglobe, Inc. is being offered this sole source award because this company is the only provider that offers Quick Bird multispectral satellite imagery with the spatial resolution of 4 band MSI (R, G, B, NIR) 1 band Panchromatic.
