The Veteran s Administration's Health Services Research and Development Service (HSR&D), Regional Procurement Office East in Pittsburgh, PA intends to negotiate on a sole source basis with Applied Decision Science of Cincinnati, Ohio for experts in the field of cognitive analysis. The requirement is to provide Senior Scientist, Visual Designer, Research Assistant, and Research Associate services for continuing Veteran s Health Administration medical study projects. The requirement is a follow on to VA240-17-D-0054 for like services. The sole source is pursuant to FAR 6.302-1 Only One Responsible Source and No Other Supplies or Services Will Satisfy Agency Requirements per Federal Acquisition Regulation. Contractor shall provide the VA Contracting Officer Representative (COR) with workload data on a quarterly basis. Workload data should include daily activities relating to the contract (interviews, data analysis reports, research team meeting minutes, etc.).
