The ACC-APG Division D, Aberdeen Proving Ground, MD awarded a Single Award Indefinite Delivery Indefinite quantity (IDIQ) contract to Legacy Scenic & Productions, LLC., 3508 Pinehurst Ave, Fairfax, VA 22030. The objective of this IDIQ contract is to provide scenic support services to The Office of the Administrative Assistant to the Secretary of the Army (OAA) as needed for Medal of Honor events. Task Orders will be Firm Fixed Price. The Ordering Period is 5 years 20 July 2023 – 19 July 2028. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) for this requirement is 541420. Posting date of this requirement was 03/22/2023. A determination by the Government not to compete with this proposed contract based upon responses to the Sources Sought published on 03/22/2023.
