The National Geospatial-Intelligence Agency (NGA) is contemplating a future contract competition for Visual Communication Services (VCS). The products and services provided through the resultant contract will support NGA's Office of Corporate Communications (OCC) in leading communication planning and execution to both internal and external audiences. NGA is looking for new and innovative ways of providing visual communication services and recognizes the value of industry input in tackling this difficult challenge. To aid in our acquisition development, we have attached the current version of the Performance Work Statement (PWS) and are providing industry an opportunity to provide comments and recommendations regarding this PWS. Also attached is a copy of a briefing presented by NGA as part of the VCS Industry Day, held on 25 June 2014. Comments or recommendations regarding the PWS or regarding the general approach to addressing NGA's needs may be provided until Friday, July 11, 2014 at 5 PM Eastern Standard Time. Please submit comments or recommendations via email to Emily McLaughlin, Contract Specialist, at

The government will not provide responses to the comments or recommendations, however information received will be taken into consideration as NGA finalizes its acquisition strategy. Also, to facilitate opportunities for industry members to partner on the future competition, NGA is creating a partnering list to be shared with interested sources upon request. If you are interested in partnering with other industry entities, please provide you company name and POC information to Ms. McLaughlin and Ms. Verdon at the email addresses above.
