Art, Graphics, and Animation Services

The requirement is for Art, Graphics and Animation Services at the Los Angeles Air Force Base, CA. The acquisition will be negotiated only with K-MAR Industries, Inc. No other contractor has the capability to step-in at midnight 1 September 2008, when the current contractual instrument expires to provide the Art, Graphics and Animation Services necessary to maintain the quality of support necessary to ensure the continued success of SMC missions. Without time to adequately transition the current services and support from one contractor to another, only the current contractor can realistically provide the required support.
