The U.S. Army Contracting Command, Aberdeen Installation Contracting Division, Mission Contracting Branch, Aberdeen Proving Ground, MD intends to negotiate solely, as prescribed in FAR 6.302-1 with Kallman Worldwide Inc. for exhibit rental space in support of the 49th International Paris Air Show Le Bourget in Paris, France, 20-26 June 2011. Kallman Worldwide Inc. is the official support contractor for this event and the only contractor authorized by the French event sponsor & organizer to manage the sales of exhibit rental space and manage all US exhibitors participating in the officially designated and named US International Pavilion. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) for this requirement is 541490. THIS NOTICE IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE PROPOSALS. However, any firm that believes it can meet the requirements, as outlined in the attached requirements document, may give written notification. A determination by the Government not to compete this acquisition based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
