R -- Public Address System Design

3rd Contracting Squadron is requesting quotes for the design of a public address system to integrate 5 Fire Stations on Elemendorf AFB and 2 Fire Stations on Ft Richardson . SITE VISIT ATTENDANCE IS REQUIRED. Quote must include documentation of existing conditions of all buildings state new equipment required. The Government will provide CAD drawings of all buildings in electronic format for device layout. Contractor shall: Determine existing equipment in each building and what new equipment will be required, provide full CAD drawings of equipment layouts in each building, a narrative of work required to accomplish the project, a diagram of equipment configuration, electronic files and 3 sets of drawings.SITE VISIT IS TUESDAY, 5 SEPTEMBER AT 2:00 PM.
