US Army Contract Agency, Directorate of Contracting, Aberdeen Proving Ground, MD intends to issue a sole source firm-fixed-price award to Acer Exhibits & Events, 4610 Mercedes Drive, Suite 210, Belcamp, MD, 21017. This award is based on a continuati on, combination and reuse of a previously Acer designed and fabricated exhibit. This is a one time requirement for the AUSA Conference on 3-5 October 2005. The Government intends to solicit and negotiate only with Acer Exhibits & Events under the authori ty of 10 USC 2304(c)(1) as implemented by FAR 6.302-1. The North American Industry classification System (NAICS) IS 541490 and the size standard is $6M. Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement or submit proposals.
