R499--NOI - Vlogic CAFM System Captain James A. Lovell Federal Health Care System

Under Statutory Authority 41 U.S.C. 1901 the VA Great Lakes Acquisition Center (GLAC) intends to negotiate a sole source contract with VLogic Systems for Capital Assets and Facilities Management (CAFM) systems for the Captain James A. Lovell Federal Health Care Center in North Chicago, IL. This system will function in within the existing VA Capital Asset Inventory (CAI) system. The contractor will provide the facility an accurate field-verified record set of drawings within a web-based platform enabling collaborative use. This will provide the facility a tool to store, share, manage, distribute, and report on the drawings, space, and asset data. It is imperative that this CAFM information system be maintained with updating of the data as changes are made at the facility and function fully within the existing CAI system. This acquisition is conducted under the authority of 41 U.S.C. 1901 Simplified acquisition procedures as implemented in FAR 13.501, only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. This will be a firm fixed price contract for a one-year contract with four (4) option periods. The NAICS Code is 541511. This Notice of Intent is not a request for competitive quotes. No solicitation documents are available and telephone requests will not be honored. However, if a firm believes it can meet the requirements it must furnish information about its products and services, as well as references from other customers who are using these products and service to the Contracting Officer by 8:00AM (CST) 06/09/2022. Supporting evidence must be furnished in sufficient detail to demonstrate the ability to comply with the above requirements. Responses received will be evaluated however; a determination by the Government not to compete the proposed procurement based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. If no responses are received, the Contracting Officer will proceed with the sole source negotiation with the VLOGIC Systems, Inc.
