A sole source procurement is being issued to Minburn Technology Group, LLC due to the proprietary nature of the items being procured. This procurement is being conducted in accordance with FAR Part 6.302-1 Only one responsible Source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive quotes.
