Peters VA Medical Center POC: Mariangie Rivera, email: [email protected] DESCRIPTION: NOTICE OF INTENT TO AWARD A SOLE SOURCE CONTRACT TO NETALYTICS, INC. The Mental Health department dispenses methadone to treat veterans addicted to opioids. Netalytics developed a complete automated software package for opiate addiction treatment facilities called Methasoft. This clinical system provides several services such as financial tracking of patient third-party balances, flexible patient charging, convenient reconciliation of patient and insurance balances, enhanced counselor functionality, urinalysis tracking including random drug screenings, automated dosing schedules using SciLog or IVEK Dispensing Pump, tracking of multiple inventories including Methadone and Buprenorphine, preparation of patient dosing and inventory labels, barcode technology, and digital signatures for assessments, case notes, discharges/transfers, and treatment plans. Methasoft provides services for opioid addiction in an efficient, flexible, and secure manner. Market research was conducted and determined that NETALYTICS, INC is the only vendor capable of providing the maintenance and support for Methadone Methasoft Software located at James J. Peters VAMC, Bronx, NY which is necessary to meet the OEM requirements. All items are proprietary to NETALYTICS, INC. and not able to be sourced out to another. This Notice of Intent is not a request for Proposals or Quotations. No solicitation document exists, and no telephone or email inquiries will be accepted. No contract award will be made on the basis of proposals, or quotations received in response to this notice. The government MAY consider all Expressions of Interest (EOI) received prior to August 21, 2020. A determination by the government not to compete this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the government. Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement.
