D--Synopsis of Modification P00011 to Contract VA118-13-C-0065 for the continuation of the maintenance and support services for Vista and Vista Imaging (MSV)

The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA), Office of Procurement, Acquisition and Logistics, Technology Acquisition Center (TAC), located at 23 Christopher Way, Eatontown, New Jersey, is issuing a three-month firm-fixed price (FFP) modification to Contract VA118-13-C-0065 with Enterprise Services, LLC (ES) for the continuation of the maintenance and support services for the operational environment currently running the VistA system. The VistA system is comprised of Primary VistA and VistA Imaging (Tier 1 and Tier 2), the group of solutions that constitute the backbone of Healthcare Information Technology (IT) throughout VA, which is a Hewlett Packard (HP)-based solution currently installed on VistA. The period of performance for the extension is October 4, 2018 through January 4, 2019. The Statutory Authority for this effort falls under Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 6.302-1 entitled, Only One Responsible Source and No Other Supplies or Services Will Satisfy Agency Requirements.
