70--Intent to award utilizing FAR 8.405-6, Limiting Sources for PICIS Critical Care Mgr ICU-CIS for New Orleans, LA VAMC

NOTICE OF INTENT: The Department of Veterans Affairs Network Contracting Office (NCO 16), Central Arkansas Veterans Healthcare System (CAVHS), 2200 Fort Roots Drive, North Little Rock, AR 72114, in accordance with FAR 8.405-6, limiting sources, intends to award a firm-fixed price, follow-on delivery order to Four Points Technology, LLC, 14900 Conference Center Drive, Chantilly, VA 20151 for the procurement of the Picis Critical Care Intensive Care Unit (ICU) Clinical Information System (CIS) with all associated hardware, software licenses, implementation, training, warranty and maintenance services for all ICU and ICU Step Down Care areas within the New Orleans, LA VAMC. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive offers. No solicitation package is available. A determination not to compete is solely within the discretion of the Government.
