70 -- Notification of Sole Source Award for DA Maintenance Licenses

The Virginia Contracting Activity intends to issue a sole source award to Northrop Grumman for Decision Agent maintenance licenses, quantity two each. Award will be made on or about 25 August 2006. These licenses will be for a 12 month period using NAICS code 541511. No telephone inquiries will be accepted.
