D -- Announcement of Performance Decision for OMB Cirucular A-76 Standard Competition

In accordance with Office of Management and Budget (OMB) Circular No. A-76 (Revised 2003), this notice constitutes the formal public announcement and official end date of the standard competition for Information Technology--User Provisioning Services (ITS-UP), desktop hardware and support services for the United States Environmental Protection Agency's (EPA) Headquarters staff, including those in Research Triangle Park, Cincinnati, and remote laboratories. A performance decision in favor of the Agency Most Efficient Organization (MEO) was made. EPA conducted the standard competition using negotiated acquisition and lowest price technically acceptable source selection procedures. EPA received one proposal from the Agency MEO. The total cost of Agency performance, which includes a maximum quantity of 14,280 seats per performance period, is $224,327,509. The period of performance is May 1, 2008 through December 31, 2016.
