Notice of Intent to Sole Source Requirement The Department of Veterans Affairs, Veterans Health Administration, VISN 7 Contracting Activity intends to negotiate a sole source contract under FAR Subpart 13, Simplified Procedures for Commercial Products and Commercial Services, with vendor Censis Technologies, Inc located at 4031 Aspen Grove DR STE 350, Franklin, Tennessee 37067-2939. The associated NAICS code for this is 541519 with a size standard of $30 Million. Description of equipment requirements: The requirement is for a surgical tools tracking suite which includes the database, printers, labels, licensure, and scanners. This is commonly known as CensiTrac . A firm fixed price contract with no option years is anticipated. It is the Government's belief that only the proposed vendor possesses the required capabilities to successfully meet this requirement. It is the Government's intention to solicit and negotiate with only Censis Technologies. This notice of intent to sole source is not a solicitation (request for competitive quotes). No solicitation package is available. Any response to this notice must show clear and convincing evidence that competition would be advantageous to the Government and must be sent via email.
