Notice of Intent to Sole Source Granicus Engagement Support and Reimplementation Services

Pursuant to (FAR) 13.106-1(b), The National Science Foundation (NSF) and the Office of Legislative and Public Affairs (OLPA) intends to negotiate a sole source purchase order with the Carahsoft Technology Corp. for 500-hours of multidisciplinary engagement support and communications cloud (GovDelivery) reimplementation services. The period of performance is September 24, 2020 – September 23, 2021. Carahsoft Technology Corp. is the only company who can satisfy the agency’s need for Granicus Engagement Support and Reimplementation Services. The NSF is Congressionally mandated by the 21st Century Digital Experience Act to develop human-centered programs that mature over time. Granicus is uniquely qualified to give strategic communications guidance and training on the optimization of their system. Only one service is capable of meeting NSF's need to ensure standardization of communication platforms across the agency. The notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals.
