The objective of the contract is for acquisition and support services to upgrade from PV-Express I to PV-Express II and provide a secure transfer mechanism for electronic Adverse Event Reports from regulated biologic firms into the CVB Pharmacovigilance which uses existing proprietary Pharmacovigilance (PV-Works) software under an existing contract. The trade names of PV-Works software and PV-Express is the copyrighted proprietary intellectural property of the Ennov Group.
