In accordance with FAR Part 13.106-1 Simplified Acquisition Procedures, the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) Office of the Administrator (OA), Office of Civil Rights intends to award a sole source fixed-price purchase order to MicroPact Engineering, Inc. for one year?s subscription to and support of entellitrak CR and related services. This order will include entellitrak CR annual support and upgrade subscription, up to ten (10) custom reports, and PaaS Cloud hosting. Justification for this sole source award is that MicroPact is the sole offeror of entellitrak CR. NO SOLICITATION OR REQUEST FOR QUOTE (RFQ) IS AVAILABLE. Notwithstanding, any firm which believes it is capable of meeting EPA's requirement as stated herein may submit a response which, if received prior to the closing of this announcement, will be considered. Responses to this posting must be in writing. A determination not to compete the proposed Purchase Order based upon the responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
