This is the annual maintenance renewal for Kodak MicroImager 30, Kodak ImageWriter, and AutoTouch Finsher, which is effective for the 2010 fiscal year. No solicitation is available. This notice is NOT a Request for Proposals. The proposed contract action is for services for which the Government intends to solicit only one source under the authority of FAR 6.302-1. This notice of intent is not a request for offers. The Government does not intend to submit a solicitation for proposals. A determination not to compete this proposed procurement is solely within the discretion of the Government.
