Title : Notice of Intent to Award a BPA Call Order Description : The USDA Forest Service (FS), Procurement & Property Services (PPS), El Yunque National Forest is issuing this synopsis as a means of complying with the USDA’s policy in the Contracting Desk Book, SUBPART 413.3—SIMPLIFIED ACQUISITION METHODS, 413.303 Blanket Purchase Agreements (BPAs). The USDA FS intends on awarding a competitive BPA Call Order against multiple award schedule BPAs for MAS USDA FS-wide Facilitation, Leadership Education, and Executive Coaching Services BPA located at USDA’s Contract Portal, awarded against solicitation number: GSA MAS 54611 for Forest Leadership Team Meeting Planning and Facilitation. This is not a solicitation. This synopsis notification of intent to award a BPA Call order does not constitute a request for proposals or submission of any information in response to this notification. This procurement is restricted to those approved companies eligible for call orders under the MAS USDA FS-wide Facilitation, Leadership Education, and Executive Coaching Services Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) for USFS with agreement numbers 12318721A0012 through 12318721A0015. There are currently 4 businesses that will receive this solicitation. The Call Order shall be issued via email to those companies listed on the BPA. Any changes to the Call Order RFQ shall also be emailed to those companies listed on the BPA.
