SPECIAL NOTICE NOTICE OF INTENT TO SOLE SOURCE Medical Data Sharing Support Services FBO Notice: 36C77620Q0028 The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) Veterans Health Administration (VHA) Medical Sharing Office (MSO) requires direct support in project management-administrative support and subject matter expertise (SME) supporting executive-level analysis, course of action development and recommendations based on established knowledge. The Program Contracting Activity Central (PCAC) intends to issue a sole source solicitation to KT Consulting, Inc., 4435 E. Chandler Blvd., Phoenix, AZ 85048 requesting a twelve (12) month contract. This procurement is being conducted in accordance with 41 USC §3304(a)(5), 38 U.S. Code § 8127(c), as implemented by FAR 6.302-5 (Authorized or Required by Statute).
