Notice of Intent to Award a Sole Source Contract for TRICARE Health Plan Program Management Support Services at Aurora, CO

The Defense Health Agency intends to award a sole source continuation of services previously provided under contract HT001116C0022 to Axiom Resource Management, Inc., for 78 days, or less, to allow the agency sufficient time to complete the acquisition process for a competitive follow-on contract. Continued services provide program management support to the TRICARE Health Plan offices (DHA/J-10) in Aurora, Colorado. Tasks provide functional expertise supporting directorate-level operations, including senior-level meetings, priority suspenses/inquiries, recruitment, briefing preparation, communications, file maintenance, processing of TRICARE Operations Manual changes, and maintenance of Standard Operating Procedures. Firms not solicited under this requirement may request a copy of the solicitation, but are advised that the agency intends to authorize other than full and open competition under FAR 6.3. A copy of the Justification and Approval will be posted no later than 14 days after contract award.
