Wounded Warrior Regiment Support Services

THIS IS A NOTICE OF INTENT TO AWARD A SOLE SOURCE CONTRACT under the authority of FAR 6.302-1 to Management Consulting inc., 1961 Diamond Springs Road, Virginia Beach, VA 23455 to procure services in support of the Wounded Warrior Regiment, Recovery Care Coordinator Program. The Contractor shall provide Recovery Care Coordinators to develop uniform guidelines to provide support for family members of Recovering service Members. This action will result in a Firm Fixed Price (FFP) contract with a base period of performance of three (3) months with two (2), one (1) month option periods and one (1), three (3) week option period beginning 1 July 2013. The follow-on contract will be competitively awarded. The intended procurement will be classified under North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) 541611. This Notice of Intent is for information purposes only and is not a request for quotation. No solicitation document is available and telephone, fax, or email request will not be honored. No contract will be awarded on the basis of offers received in response to this notice. A determination not to compete this proposed contract based on this notice is within the discretion of the Government.
