MCJROTC Program Support

The Marine Corps requires qualified and expert personnel with the historical knowledge of the Marine Corps Junior Reserve Officer Training Corps (MCJROTC) Program and its objectives to utilize the Electronic Purchase Request Document (ePRD) platform within HQ and across all units. The Contractor shall provide the labor, skills, and other resources required to support the MCJROTC Program's ePRD final implementation. No Request For Proposal is available for competitive bidding; however, interested parties may submit a written statement of capability for satisfying this requirement to the email address identified above not later than 22 June 2012. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed requirement based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement.
