AFFORDABLE CARE ACT (ACA) Support in development, implementation, and evaluation of innovative workforce development and training activities

THIS NOTICE IS FOR INFORMATIONAL PURPOSES ONLY UNDER THE PATIENT PROTECTION AND AFFORDABLE CARE ACT - PREVENTION AND PUBLIC HEALTH FUND. This opportunity is targeted to a Contractor, Deloitte Consulting LLP who was awarded a Centers for Disease Control & Prevention contract under a competitive basis and currently performing work to support a related requirement. The purpose of this requirement is to obtain support in the development, implementation, and evaluation of innovative workforce training activities. Contractor will refine the overarching evaluation framework and support the development, implementation, and evaluation of innovative workforce developmental activities for fellows and supervisors, and expansion of educational approaches to population health and health improvement for health professionals. Tasks include assisting fellowship programs to a) evaluate educational components to ensure they are instructionally sound and track to competencies; b) ensure fellowship program outcomes are achieved and/or modify inputs or educational activities; c) develop comprehensive mentor and supervisor training, including methods, materials, assessment tools, and other resources.
