--White Sands Missile Range Business Development Office's modificaiton to an existing contract to extend the period of performance.

Pursuant to Public Law 108-183 Section 308 and Exectutive Order 13360 we intend to modify a contract awarded to Bellwether Research, Inc., 112 Moccasin Hills Drive, Gate City, VA 24251, a Service Disabled Veteran Owned Business (SDVOSB). Bellwether currently has a contract to assist the business development office at WSMR. This modification will extend the period of performance and enable Bellwether to complete existing tasks. Under Section 308 of PL 108-183, an award less than $3 million may be ma de to a SDVOSB on a sole source basis. This is not a request for proposals.
