THIS IS A NOTICE OF INTENT TO AWARD A SOLE SOURCE CONTRACT AND NOT A REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS. The USDA Forest Service intends to solicit a proposal and enter into a contract with Rebecca Reynolds Consulting Inc., 1000 Speer Blvd 1527, Denver, CO 80204-4080 under the authority of FAR 6.302-1. Intent of the USFS is to establish a follow on contract using firm fixed prices for Collaborative Process Management Process training for the San Juan National Forest Leadership Team. No solicitation document exists and no telephone inquiries will be accepted. No contract award will be made on the basis of, proposals, or quotations received in response to this notice; however any firm that believes they have capabilities to provide this service may give written notification to the Contracting Officer at
