Description

The Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) seeks information about the methods the Agency uses to assign work to its Beneficiary and Family Centered Care (BFCC) Quality Improvement Organization (QIO) contractors. In particular, CMS seeks responses about potential options the Agency may use to increase the level of interest in the BFCC-QIO contract that includes the contract type/vehicle, incentives, and regional structure to divide work among a varying number of BFCC-QIO contractors across the country. In addition to these approaches, CMS will consider alternative approaches that industry considers would best achieve the goals of the QIO Program.
