Notice of Intent to Award on a Sole Source basis.In accordance with FAR 6.302-1, Marine Corps Logistics Base Barstow intends to sole source a contract modification to ReMilNet, LLC, 525 Degas Ave., Ponte Vedra Beach, FL 32081 on August 24, 2009 in a total contract amount, no greater than, $30,000.00 for the following service:CLIN 0001- To extend the POP to allow changes to be made to the final draft of the Financial Handbook that ReMilNet has created. Until the final draft of the handbook is completed and turned over to the government, the handbook is considered proprietary and no other source is will satisfy the requirement.
