Notice Type: Special Notice Synopsis: US Environmental Protection Agency Research Triangle Park Procurement Operations Division intends solicit and negotiate with only one source to issue a sole source six month extension to R. T. I. International for contract EP-W-11-029 in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 6.302-1, only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. The requirement consists of ¿Economic Analysis and Control Strategy Development for Air Pollution Control Regulations¿ for the Air Quality Assessment Division (AQAD), Office of Air Quality Planning and Standards (OAQPS) and other offices of Air and Radiation (OAR). THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE OFFERS and a solicitation will not be issued. Any response to this notice must show clear and convincing evidence that competition of this requirement would be advantageous to the Government.
