RECOVERY - National Clean Diesel Program American Recovery and Reinvestment Act (ARRA) Grant Evaluation

This Special Notice is amended to reflect award of the Task Order INFORMATIONAL PURPOSES ONLY Order EP-G11C-00048 to Systems Research and Applications Corporation on September 20, 2011. This task order is funded with appropriations for the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act. The task order has a start date of September 20, 2011 and an anticipated completion date of December 31, 2012. The task order was awarded in the amount of $224,223.00. The description of the support required under the task order has not changed from the original Special Notice posted September 7, 2011. The American Recovery and Reinvestment Act (ARRA) contains specific acquisition requirements that must be met when using appropriated funds from the Act, this includes posting notices of proposed MAS orders that are for "informational purposes only" when exceeding $25,000 in accordance with FAR 8.404(g)(1)(i) and FAR 5.704(a)(2) and (b).
