Naval Information Warfare Center, Pacific (NIWC Pacific) intends to award a firm fixed price purchase order on a sole source basis to University of Michigan. The purpose of this effort is to develop and transition novel research concepts into products that can be demonstrated to industry and potential sponsors. This collaboration will be realized through the access to state-of-the-art equipment and facilities, and the design expertise of naval researchers and University faculty. This notice of intent is NOT a request for quote. A determination by the Government not to compete based upon responses to this notice is solely at the discretion of the Government. Questions by phone or fax will not be considered. Simplified Acquisitions Procedures under FAR Part 13 applies to this requirement.
