The purpose of this Draft RFP AMENDMENT 0001 is to: Update the acquisition schedule Add Section L – Instructions to Offerors Add Award Fee Plan Provide GEP Design Assumptions Provide additional Industry Day Instructions Update the CLIN numbering (End of Amendment) The Space Development Agency (SDA) is issuing a DRAFT Request for Proposal (dRFP) for Proliferated Warfighter Space Architecture - Futures Program, Ground Segment Integration (PGI) program. This acquisition includes all activities required for the development, program management, systems engineering, integration, and operations and maintenance of the PGI. The purpose of this draft RFP is to inform industry of the Government’s requirements and allow industry to provide comments on the acquisition via a comment resolution matrix and a bidder’s conference/industry day. The overall goal of the PGI acquisition is to provide a common, enduring ground infrastructure and resources to minimize cost and complexity for PFP space vehicle demonstration and experimentation programs. This PGI Contractor will be expected to: deliver a ground segment to provide a service for managing shared ground resources, fit-out and manage a government-owned, contractor-operated (GOCO) facility called the Demonstration Operations Center (DOC) and provide a structured environment for cloud-based system integration and data processing. It is anticipated that the initial PFP ground segment is required to support a launch in June 2026.
