This announcement hereby provides notice of the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) intention to modify its IDIQ XRAD task order contract with the following small business: KENNELL & ASSOCIATES HHSM-500-2006-00008I. The proposed modification would increase the maximum amount from $5,000,000 to $20,000,000. The base period of performance is five (5) years from the effective date of award with provisions for five (5) one-year option periods. No changes are required to the Statement of Work (SOW), which cover services for a limited range of research, analysis, and demonstration projects that relate to: Medicare, Medicaid and the State Children?s Health Insurance (SCHIP) Program. Responses received in reply to this announcement will be treated as expressions of interest in the increase in the maximum amount, unless specifically annotated otherwise. If the Government decides to complete this increase in maximum amount to the contract, no further notice will be published. Responses must be emailed to
