R--Advertising Services

This is a Notice of Intent to make a BPA award to College of Eastern Utah, 451 East 400 North, Price, Utah for advertising and display services for the school years 2014-2018. The sole source determination is based upon market research that has shown that there are no other known vendors that have the capability to provide these types of advertising services at the necessary venues. The National American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this requirement is 541850. No Solicitation or Request for Quote is available for this procurement. Nevertheless, any firm that believes it is capable of meeting the requirements described herein may submit a response; which, if received within fifteen (15) calendar days of the date of this announcement, will be considered. Responses to this notice must show clear and convincing evidence that competition would be advantageous to the Government. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. No extensions will be granted.
