This is a Notice of Intent to award a Single Source, Firm Fixed Price contract to Rudinec and Associates located at 9215 Market St., Ste. 6, North Lima, OH 44452 under the basis of authority of FAR 6.302-1 for reproduction, matting, framing, and delivery of Marine Corps historical artwork for The Basic School in Quantico, VA that will be utilized for educational purposes. A determination has been made by the Government to use other than full and open competition for this acquisition due to copyright reproduction restrictions. Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement. This Notice of Intent is not a request for competitive quotes. However, the government will consider all vendor capabilities received within 5 days after date of publication of this notice of intent. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement.
